‘It seemed standard but there was no negativity towards being sick’
They had great mental health free counselling and support benefits , i think was 23 days holiday which isnt bad and peoples pension. They also had option to put in shares if you wanted.
Best - lots of options! It is immediately made clear to you want you can access and what is available. So much to choose from Worst - nothing
Excellent benefits such as pension salary sacrifice, share options scheme, discount vouchers, private health and life insurance discounts, train ticket loan. Would be useful to have a proper orientation around benefits though. I think not too many people know about these in detail.
They are non existent
Don’t get majority of benefits until 3 years service, also company’s pension contribution is not much
The benefits package is decent. Nothing exciting about it. Once you reach 1 year in the company you then get flexibility to work from home.
Good commission structure (truly uncapped commission) with lots of other benefits on top
not broad enough compared to competitors
Good range of benefits available - competitive with other companies in industry
I received no benefit from company because I worked there through a small recruitment agency - I have provided the same work like other team members but I was a contractor
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
