Apparantly there are some benefits but nobody knows about them, as far as I know. I know you get a discount off Nuffield for example.
there are no best in terms of benefit, you have literally no benefit working with sykes. Sweets, candies free rubbish doughnuts/cake are considered benefits for them but not for me
There isn't really much of a benefits package at all besides some minor discounts at a number of stores and attractions.
They say they have benefits and discounts, but these are never advertised or explained how they work.
It's generic and basic. The management aren't really interested in motivating staff this way.

Normal time off, holidays are not great because you have to take them in parts throughout the year, have perks like free eyeglasses, no pension if have temporary contract, free snacks on Fridays
Not many. Just some meagre vouchers if you did well. And donuts / fruit on Fridays I guess.
