‘it is the bare minimum’
‘No payment when you have a baby when you are there less then a year. ’
Possibility of promotion, sick days paid 100% up to 6 months of absence
No benefit. You will get only exploited and for nothing in return
You have no benefits. Run away. Managers should be made redundant. Benefits exist only for them. Agents are only exploited.
The only perks I could see in my 6 months was the free doughnuts or fruit on Fridays, and a tiny language bonus for any additional language.
Apparantly there are some benefits but nobody knows about them, as far as I know. I know you get a discount off Nuffield for example.
there are no best in terms of benefit, you have literally no benefit working with sykes. Sweets, candies free rubbish doughnuts/cake are considered benefits for them but not for me
There isn't really much of a benefits package at all besides some minor discounts at a number of stores and attractions.
They say they have benefits and discounts, but these are never advertised or explained how they work.
It's generic and basic. The management aren't really interested in motivating staff this way.
None offered, was on contract
