After a briefing, you are expected to work like you always have straight away. There is no schemes to update you with new shoes and styles either so product knowledge must be learnt in own time which can be difficult due to the high turnover.

There wasn't much training, they give you a 30 minute film which was genuinely hard to watch because it was so dull and expected you to know everything
