Pension plan recently changed in 2016 - new rules are tough and don't expect to retire a millionaire on a bank pension. Better than nothing I suppose, however considering again the consistent record-breaking quarterly profits being announced every year, the Bank should loosen the purse strings a little. Maybe cut back on some of the waste, horrible inefficient computer software systems and costs will come down to give employees a better pension plan.
