I recieve a good amount of time off per year. I work part-time -16 hours per week and get around 5.5 weeks off. A pension scheme is available and staff also have option to invest money in the business. You also recieve 20% off all products, including already discounted/ clearance ones after your probation period (3 monthes). You also recieve a B&Q card which gives you 20% off at B&Q aswell.
Best thing was the discount with screwfix and B&Q 20% off the worse things were trying to get a holiday in what a nightmare half the time you couldn’t as not enough staff or they were pulled out to cover another store
