Excellenmt Benefits package which can be tailored to suit an individual
There is a commission scheme that pays out a reasonable amount, however it is very complicated.
reasonable for a recruitment business. Greater portfolio of flexible options would be welcomed
Not promoted well, never used any benefits as had no idea what was available to me - had much better before and after joining
Good opportunity to achieve bonus.
No great benefits, worst commission structure I've ever worked towards. The only way they keep their staff is progressing them to Managing Consultant.
Bonus/Commission: I was told in my interview that bonus was 40%... This was not elaborated upon. I accepted a lower salary than I hadbeen on, based upon this untruth/misrepresentation. In fact the bonus scheme is 40% of your billing INCLUDING YOUR SALARY. In reality you will only earn 9% bonus with a quarterly uplift to 40% of your billing MINUS your salary payments for the same period. They will also deduct bonus payments if your client doesn't pay their bill, or the vacancy is rebated, etc. Sick Pay: You do not get any sick pay for the first 6 months during probation. Holiday: You will only get 22 days holiday. Work From Home: No. I wasn't allowed to be paid when I did any work from home when I did half a day of parental leave because I had a sick child. I was told this in advance of doing it
Flexible benefits to all employees after 6 month probation period
