The company offers flexible working - I have a company laptop so I am able to work remotely when needed which is great when I need to be on site with a Client. Last year Search also introduced Flexi Holidays so you can "buy" up to 5 additional days holiday a year. The bonus scheme, Annual Awards Night and on the spot incentives (like gift vouchers) are really good. When they say uncapped they do mean it. One downside is your commission reduces the higher your basic salary goes. A payrise of £1000 pa for example can decrease the commission you receive by more than double that when you are at a high threshold. I don't believe this is intentional, just a product of the algorithm used to calculate the monthly bonus.
Bonus paid 3 months after earned, confusing thresholds and lower payments that most agencies. Very few team building days/events.
It’s monday to Friday 9-5 so great work / life balance. Company cars or allowance available from Managing Consultant and above.
Health Care flex hours nice offeice
A great range of value added benefits
reasonable for a recruitment business. Greater portfolio of flexible options would be welcomed
Not promoted well, never used any benefits as had no idea what was available to me - had much better before and after joining
Good opportunity to achieve bonus.
Excellenmt Benefits package which can be tailored to suit an individual
No great benefits, worst commission structure I've ever worked towards. The only way they keep their staff is progressing them to Managing Consultant.
