Work from anywhere for a month, employee assistance programme, private healthcare, wellbeing initiatives, food & drink in the office, social events, Christmas credit
Pretty standard benefits. Have to have completed a year before being eligible for health insurance, which isn’t great. The company has a work from anywhere scheme, which allows you a maximum of one month remote work in a country of your choice every year. Definitely the biggest benefit of working for Secret Escapes!
Great benefits as it's a young company. Work/life balance is pretty good too with the hybrid structure.
Flexible WFH, 1 month work from anywhere in the world
Fully embraced hybrid working and maintained good team relationships virtually
Great experience overall with the company
25 days holiday, medical insurance
While base salaries are generally fairly well in line with the market, the company sometimes fall behind on the extras, specifically: For a holiday company there is only a very mediocre annual leave allowance, with no option to buy more. It's also a shame there is no share/stock/options available to employees and most of the company don't get bonuses so there is nothing that ties employee benefits to company performance. Maternity/paternity leave is very average and could be a lot more generous.
Great perks and culture here
Poor vendita or whatsoever, but at least you can work remotely
