Life in the office is great and everything is done to ensure our well being, from free meditation classes to huge kitchen. It creates a very positive atmosphere and makes you feel valued.
Health care improves after you have been with the company for more than 6 months where you can claim back against dental bills and even massages etc - thought this was great! I thought the benefits were really good for the size of the company, would have loved more holiday days, but who wouldn't ;)
The best thing is the people there. They're really cool and helpful. The worst thing is that there is very rigid in some aspects. You can only work from home 2 times per month and you've to warn 24hrs before. You have to be at work at 9am but they're "flexible" if you want to came until 9:30 am
Employee discount on hotel & holiday deals, free snacks, discounted health and dental insurance, enhanced maternity package for employees that have been there over a year, option to occasionally work from home (and some people negotiated 1 WHF day per week at their start of employment, but there isn't a company rule on that so subject to your manager/department).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
