good pension matching / mat leave benefit / weel being perks
Great pension contribution, strong focus on health and wellbeing, and some solid perks - holiday entitlement was fairly standard though.
Free fruit and breakfast, health insurance after one year, Tiki bar in office, occasional free lunch, 22 days holiday, holiday vouchers
HEALTH INSURANCE, FREE FOOD AND DRINKS
good: Vitality Insurance, Medicare, breakfast, snacks and drinks bad: low bonus
Health care improves after you have been with the company for more than 6 months where you can claim back against dental bills and even massages etc - thought this was great! I thought the benefits were really good for the size of the company, would have loved more holiday days, but who wouldn't ;)
Secret Escapes response
Thanks so much for your review! It's great to hear you are enjoying the benefits we offer here at Secret Escapes and putting them to great use!
The best thing is the people there. They're really cool and helpful. The worst thing is that there is very rigid in some aspects. You can only work from home 2 times per month and you've to warn 24hrs before. You have to be at work at 9am but they're "flexible" if you want to came until 9:30 am
Life in the office is great and everything is done to ensure our well being, from free meditation classes to huge kitchen. It creates a very positive atmosphere and makes you feel valued.
Employee discount on hotel & holiday deals, free snacks, discounted health and dental insurance, enhanced maternity package for employees that have been there over a year, option to occasionally work from home (and some people negotiated 1 WHF day per week at their start of employment, but there isn't a company rule on that so subject to your manager/department).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
