‘There is no commute and you can stay at home safe from coronavirus. You are locked in your office for your entire shift though so you need to have enough space for part of your home to never be used by anyone else. There are no other benefits as it really does feel remote like the rest of your house and your family are miles away and you're sat in an office on your own, in fact it can be worse as you are so close to them but are not allowed to see or speak to them. It can get quite lonely and is not great for those suffering with bad mental health as you will not get any support if you ask for help. If you breach this rule you will be sacked. Other working from home companies manage this much better.’
Freedom of working from home choosing what shifts I want to work

You can book your own hours but if it goes wrong you could end up working every day for weeks. They often don't put enough hours in the system. They say they will help but this usually ends up being disciplined and being advised you should have booked your hours better to ensure you don't complain/ask for help again.
Flexible hours homeworking holidays pension
Regular employee incentives and competitions to win vouchers. Optional pension scheme. Home based working with guaranteed pay and hours. No more commuting! Friendly staff and flexible hours. Career progression is available to everyone and any new positions are offered internally before they may be offered for external recruitment so all have a fair opportunity.
There are several areas you can achieve a bonus each month. On the account I work on it can as high as an additional £2.25 per hour (£360 per month on a 40 hour contract) Yes, this is a difficult target to reach. But that's the nature of a bonus. You perform well, you get rewarded. You even get a proportion of the bonus for scheduling your own hours on time, turning up to work on time! I mean, what other company says to you, here you go, I'll pay you X, and if you actually turn up I'll give you an extra Y!!!! BRILLIANT
