wide range of external packages including discounts for phone with O2. you get free eye tests and a £50.00 voucher towards glasses. however you are restricted to using only one optician. the most expensive one.
Can get discounts at Theme Parks etc., but this is not very well known by staff as Serco are so bad at sharing benefits to employees, predominantly because there are so few.
Allowed staff access to all their facilities. I was able to make use of the gym for free throughout the duration of my employment.
