There isn’t really s benefits package here. Sometimes we can get a £10 amazon voucher for positive feedback, but no real benefits. The yearly pay rise is 1% and subject to a rigorous PDR review.
The pay is decent for the amount of work. When I started - it was really busy and now it's really quiet.
