Great pension - 2 for 1 matched employer contributions to a max of 7.5% ee / 15% er contributions. Share options currently doing well - £150 paid in per month over 3 years has previously made c£10k net when shares sold. Generally good benefits package - can buy extra holiday and insurances etc. Company not however very good at explaining the tax consequences to ees, worth checking this yourself to ensure the total cost of benefits + tax is not more than just buying it normally rather than through payroll.
Also includes tax offset scheme to spend on select optional benefits at a discount which also reduces tax liability, but government policy changes look likely to minimise the savings in future.
