Flexible working arrangements, Good pension benefits. Could do with Give as You Earn options.
The benefits of working for Skipton are fantastic, they offer useful discounts with shops and restaurants which employees actually go to - depending on your level of pay you get more benefits but that's fair.
Best was flexibility and worst was no company car allowance
Best: 4x life cover, DC pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 10%, flexibility to buy or sell up to a weeks holiday, employee discounts, some benefits are optional where you can choose to buy into them Worst: so many benefits its difficult to know/understand them all. Just needs some time investment on my part.
Discounted gym membership, health care, better mortgage rates and fast-track process for employees and loans/cards etc. Nothing else to add here.
Flexibility to apply to your circumstances
Good holiday allowance, flexible working and working from home should be more consistent across departments
Excellent pension contribution matched by employer
Skipton Building Society has a wide range of benefits available which employees can take advantage of including Bupa healthcare, cycle to work, subsidised cafe with Costa outlet etc..
The usual, pension (I didn't get because I was temp - fair enough) . On site parking. Cafe. Holidays.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
