As a sky miles medallion member, do I get seat selection and upgrade benefits on KLM and Air France?

Any males on TRT? Can you comment on benefits, negatives, exit strategy, and anything else you think is a factor in determining to start it not? Tbh, I'm probably not even a candidate. Had my T tested 7 years ago and it was sky high. I still feel like an 18 year old, so doubt it's dropped at all. But curious before I test. Yes, I can Google all this, just looking for primary source data.
