Bonus scheme based on conversion
Recently an enhanced package was introduced which is good. We now have a private healthcare scheme, very limited sick pay (could be enhanced) and cash back scheme with national retailers. The holidays are still limited.
The holiday entitlement is misleading
Nothing good about it absolutley terrible
Worst thing - no sick pay, min holidays, no bonuses.
No sick pay No extra pay for Bank Holidays, your expected to not have any unless booked off and your only paid your basic salery pay. On Call is paid below minimum wage and only certain teams are foced to do it and they have no intention of improving this.
Benefits package is getting better but could still be improved, in terms of holiday entitlement and company sick pay.
Negatives are minimal annual leave, statutory sick pay - they have some way to go to be an employer of choice. Bonus scheme recently introduce - remains to be seen how generous this actually is.
