There’s a big focus on development at Softcat. We start everyone off with a comprehensive induction, and a planned onboarding programme. We then provide ongoing training to build knowledge and skills; depending on your role, there could be accreditations and qualifications to gain along the way.
We have a great record of promoting from within. Many of our managers and leaders joined us in entry level roles and never looked back. All of our roles come with progression potential. There is a structured career pathway in our sales teams, with a choice of progressing into a team management role or into senior and specialist account management positions.

A reasonably good range of benefits with flexible working being a recent positive addition along with an improved pension. Holiday good once you've been there a few years, but a bit average initially.
