Benefits used to offer 15% flexible fund. Package has now changed to a fixed package with a much smaller flexible fund. Although the two packages are financially equivalent, this is largely because the package includes a life policy at 4 times salary rather than the previous one.
Flexfund so you can choose what is important to you and your lifestyle (pension contributions, health insurance for you and family etc.). Holidays are also very generous.
