‘when off sick they would pay full if after been there for 6 months or longer ’
‘Critical illness cover is also included in the benefit choices. The usual increments against cost considerations are left to the individual to decide’
great benefits package, and also matching shares in the company
Good benefits options, including private health, extra holidays.
Allows you flexible and varied choices
Flexible and varied benefits offered
Benefits used to offer 15% flexible fund. Package has now changed to a fixed package with a much smaller flexible fund. Although the two packages are financially equivalent, this is largely because the package includes a life policy at 4 times salary rather than the previous one.
Flexfund so you can choose what is important to you and your lifestyle (pension contributions, health insurance for you and family etc.). Holidays are also very generous.
Contractor, but the pay was competitive.
Discounts in lots of places including gym, dental cover, holidays, flights, and lots other retailers. Also get given a company phone and laptop
Have flexible benefits but review process is flawed
The benefits package was pretty much the minimum they could get away with offering. Only statutary sick pay during 6 month probation so if you get ill in that period you end up taking a huge hit on pay day.
