‘If you dare go off sick...’
Discounted canteen, fresh prepared food, discounts to many shops,no working from hime
Bonus is pathetic. Don’t be fooled by the % they tell you. Ask what people actually got paid last year.
You don,t get chance to take perks.
Good level of benefits on offer with a view that existing employees don't realise how competitive the offering is and how times have changed in many other organisations with benefits being reduced and slimmed down.
Leaving the company. They grind staff down and expect them to work all hours for no more pay.The director is foul mouthed
Childcare voucher scheme is good. David Lloyd gym membership still expensive with subsidy
Good perks- discounts, BUPA.
Basics are quite robust (e.g. death in service) but other benefits vary
Health cash plan - best
Southern Water have a deal with Bupa and you can get their standard health insurance cover for free and then pay more to upgrade if you want. You can also pay slightly more and get this for your family or dependents. They also have a webpage for discounts through cinema tickets and restaurants, as well as discount as the gym and off my phone bill with Vodafone.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
