‘If you fall ill, the company will make sure you are supported ’
‘I had to use that once due to the health problems., so I know that such thing exist, but if it is unpaid extended leave, then i dont see how that can be called as a benefit. ’
‘Depends on the project. + flexibility is a relative entity ’
Great benefits package and holiday leave
Comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, healthy holiday allowance, private medical and dental insurance, gym membership, haircuts and plenty more!
Best thing about Splash Damage's benefits is that they do pay for a gym membership, and provide private medical insurance. Negative side is that on paper they say that there is a revenue share bonus. In reality it is cheap handout 100-200 pounds worth. Company does everything that they can to not pay a good salary to employees. They throw confetti in your eyes, buying some colorful pencils for you to "release stress", they hire some actors to amuse staff with awkward performance shows as if employees are some kids in school. They literally do anything to distract you from asking for a competitive pay and tinsel their greediness with fake frippery
Mental health and wellbeing is a top priority.
Has private healthcare, not flexible, mostly tailored to younger people who eat out and go to the gym. Performance bonus and revenue share is not worth it.
Splash Damage offers the best benefits
Great selection of benefits which they continue to add to. They have continued to promote all of the benefits during the working from home time.
The maternity and paternity leave is absolutely amazing and has had a materially positive affect on my life and my bond with my children.
Splash Damage provides it's employees with many benefits, such as private health insurance via Bupa, Medicash, also many other well-being services.
The best thing was that they help out with the Gym payments and free haircuts
