    Very flexible work hours , 28 holidays days if working full time, part time also give you holidays but maybe not as much pay for it .After three years you can sell your shares from starbucks. You also pay for pension which is good.

    you get a small discount on coffee and thats it really. theres not really a big package that comes outside of that from what I remember.
