Very good DC pension contribution and matching - one of the best on the market
You get private health insurance as optional and pensions, though probably not as great as at other banks. Add ons like Dental Insurance are ultimately not worth it (compared to buying Denplan directly). Gym offer is not worth it.
UK has a 9% salary sacrifice pension whether the employee contributes or not
Great benefits including pension, health insurance plus other options including life insurance, critical illness, travel insurance as deductions from gross
Giid civer, ability to add family members
Standard holidays and matches pension contributions. Annual performance related bonus .
Benefits can be changed annually, would be great to have more flexibility throughout the year.
Good pension plan and benefits scheme that covers your health needs.
Great benefits at State Street
Low level of benefits and probably one of least generous for a financial services employer if this size. HR are also not particularly helpful with regards to such matters.
