The benefits package is okay

35 hour week. Over the year is around 4 weeks less work than someone working 37.5hours. Good holiday package, better than a lot of companies. Starts at 24 days, going up by one a year until max of 29. You can buy up to a week on top plus bank holidays so it is around 8 weeks holiday Pay isn’t too bad, could be better. They have got rid of the bonus which is a shame. Once you’re on the pay grade, unless you come out of probation, you will remain on that wage until the inflation based pay rise which is inflation only. There is no incentive to get the higher bracket. In my previous department it was told to us nothing we did would get us it.
