30% off on Superdrug products and 10% off on non-superdrug products.
Best thing is working with great staff, worst thing is pressure of getting loyalty cards.
Best - The flexibility of hours and opportunities for development throughout the company Worst - Minimum wage
I was working part-time and I didn't had many benefits, just a small discount on store products.
Overall, pretty terrible benefits. You get 30% off own brand and brand exclusive products so that includes MUA, Revolution, Tanya Burr, Zoella and Gosh. I believe a few of the shampoo brands too. Everything else is 10% off. Twice a year thats doubled to 20% off everything. Occasionally some brands like Maybelline and GOSH will send products for staff but whether or not you get the item depends on manager's discretion. Certain perfumes will have an additional discount on top if its exclusive. However, I worked at 3 different branches and at every single one, the manager frequently underpaid staff and even when it was brought up with managers, sometimes you never saw the money you're owed. Sometimes you'll get a little christmas bonus but it's never anything much.
Fantastic agile office, freebies from suppliers, and exciting new projects to work on.
The benefits were very poor in general.
Main benefit was the discount. 30% off own brand and exclusive products and 10% off branded products. In Christmas and Summer you get a week where your discount is increased to 40% & 20%
first look at sales and new prodcuts which was alwaya lus
Great pension, discount in store could be a little bit better.
