Bonus was every month then it turned in to 6 months then decided to do yearly and that was not even guaranteed.
Benefits used to be very good and then they changed for new employees

Best thing is the holiday allowance. Very generous.

Good death in service benefits and health insurance but let down by no longer being available to all employees
Salary was 'nominal' i.e. all benefits were deducted from the amount on offer. This usually ended up with new hires being worse off than in their previous roles, leading to only the desperate being recruited.
