Swinton offer a number of benefits but personally they don't offer me much. I'm not convinced Swinton yet offer really beneficial benefits i.e. I think the Maternity/Paternity pay is poor. I think full flexible hours should be offered (in roles where it is possible).
Benefits are poor and well behind other companies in the North West for professionals.
A broad range of options available for salary sacrifice, ranging from private health insurance to cycle to work scheme.
Annueal leave entitlement and work/life balance
Poor pension, not worth the time or stress
way below the national average for the role and expectations placed on employees.
Outdated and not in line with competitors. All comes out of salary amount.
No time off Pension scheme hard to understand Cycle to work scheme was good Company car scheme good
Benefits are minimal and sub-standard compared to similar employers.
Useless! They can provide insurance for a reasonable price. Nobody actually uses any of their "benefits"
