Flexible working hours, 26 days holiday Bonus scheme. Employee discounts don't work out - still more expensive than the market HOWEVER. This is being addressed next year. Bonus scheme is too new and the company performance so poor that the likelihood of this being anything significant in the beginning of next year is unlikely.
Worst thing - Have employees being an advocate for the swinton brand with real discountable rates on ALL products
Number of holidays have been increased and with the new recruits, there is more availability for holidays.
there are many things lacking (e.g. poor pension, changes to sick pay, bonus). The intention was to create a better benefits package, but the announcement at conference was hollow and for many it actually made the situation feel worse.
Now increased holiday allowance to 26 days per year which is a big improvement on the 21 days last year.

Holidays recently increased from bare minimum of 20 days to 26. Everything else absolute basic. Pension - virtually non-existent. Death in work - x3. Paternity/maternity pay - statutory minimum. Sick pay - DO NOT get sick , you'll get sacked.
