Nothing's bad average benefits market rate
Best - Gym membership and maternity Worst - WFH was hardly allowed
As I was a short time intern, I can not answer this question fairly. But, I can say that there were a lot of perks being part of such a dynamic company
Whilst the salary is okay, it has not increased for 18 months. There are bonuses but they are always awarded to the same people who tend to be those the managers lrefer. It is supposed to be based on a scoreboard, but despite being 2nd in the whole department for the 3 monthly period when the published the bonuses I was not eligible despite 2 of the recipients being outside of the top 20 performers they were declared as in the top 6.
Good pension contributions and bonus. Good range of flexible benefit options to choose from. Most managers are flexible when it comes to working hours and / or working from home
vacation time and insurance benefits are great
Whilst I worked here, I found the company to be very understanding. This is because I worked under two very good managers, who were prepared to be very flexible for those employees who worked hard for them. I did observe in other teams less flexible managers who interpreted company rules more negatively.
Good Benefits and a great company to work for.
Flexible benefits enabling you to structure a package based on your personal needs
pretty easy life, good work life balance, nice people, really good benefits, 4 x salary death in service cover, pension, well being plans, plenty of double time over time
