‘Fantastic way to keep fit!’
The best thing is getting a brand new car every 6 months and a cheap rate -or- At the moment you can have a new Mercedes for an 18 month contract both a 1000 miles a month
Unfortunately not all workers have the same benefits, ex: service advisor has more benefits than a parts advisor
The benefits only really apply to higher-earning staff. The majority of employees cannot afford the offers like discounted cars, spa days, luxury shopping and gym memberships.
Plenty of options on the benefits side of things.
The benefits (understandably) are related to the role. For my role the benefits were minimal, with cheaper MOT / service if you used a Sytner garage being the only thing of note. Even then the garages had to be reminded that you were entitled to it.
The company car scheme is great, your car changes regularly which means you are always driving a lovely new car!
Holidays are 25 days off in the year, work a bank holiday and it either needs to come out of your holiday allowance or you owe it back. Pension scheme is immediate enrolment unless otherwise specified. Employee benefits are pretty good, discounts across various shops depending on offers and employee discounts on finance/car packages.
23 days holiday + pension
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
