Substantial trainng for the role
Teach you a couple of times , make you try yourself then get angry when you dont remember one little thing they taught you
1 week of training then they throw you in the deep and make you do it yourself and get angry when you dont remember how to do something
It's more of a "you have to hit the ground running" kind of place.
very simple it takes only 4 hours ( induction ) and thats only if you get the job they ask you to bring your Eligibility , Proof of Address and your Bank Details so they can pay you , they also give you a tour of the store explain everything about it , and ask for your uniform sizes of course!
the training was only till and u r depended to learn on your own and still keep up to people working there from 10 years of experiences
No employee handbook given in induction, training is basic - partnered up with another employee. Once you're left to work alone you're still wondering how to do something "correctly"
Not enough training given. Especially when it may be your first job and everything is new.more training on the tills as they are very busy.
you get training on the till on fill shift
Training is almost non-existent here
