TD Insurance - General Insurance (plan is different from rest of TDBFG, actually most things at TDI-GI is different for some reason) - ok group insurance heard its sub-part vs rest of industry - pension plan is half DB (1.05%) and half DC (matching only up to 1%). - no employee stock purchase plan - starting with 20 vacations days, 25 after 5 years - 6 weeks of 100% maternity/paternity leave - flexible work schedule (1 day off every 2 week)
