You do not receive any pay when you are in a sickness leave unless you had been working for the company some years
The 'letter of concern' which was introduced by HR is Dickenson, basically you could be involved in a car accident and you'd get a letter of concern for being injured. People font work this way in the this age !
Better not to get sick if you are working there
Had some sort of scale of days sickness the name of which I can't remember. It was pretty antediluvian I and our HR team thought as it cast aspersions on individual employees commitment to the company on the basis of sickness off work valid or not and threats to impact on benefits withdrawn. I think it may have been some American metric.
