‘That it saves money on products in store.’
‘Very little amount of holiday offered’
Time off available. Store discount. Bonuses. Salary increase after working past certain period.
Expected to pursue targets and sell unsuitable products to customers to hit the targets, but no commission.
best thing is the freebies worst is the pay and work life balance
The discount is good as it allows staff to save money on products in store which is good for birthdays and Christmas.
you get a lot of free fragrances.
you get 25% off fragrances. only can use 12x a year.
Flexible hours and friendly staff. Always customer orientated and treat staff very well. Interesting job and company to work for.
Not many benefits really we did get a lot of free products other than that it was the basic benefits that were on offer
HA HA....benefits package....HA HA there isnt one! you have a 1.9% goverment basic pension. You have no medical cover, if you get injured at work they give you a minimum amount and have to sign a waiver.
Have given it 1 star because that's the lowest option available. Basically the only benefit is that you get paid, that's if you've swiped in and out for your hours for the week, any work at home or outside of hours is seemingly ignored
