‘Comprehensive coverage and take into consideration spouse benefit as well ’
Cover all the basic needs for employees and spouse
Everything is standard U.K. benefits. No additional perks. Very basic for the long working hours.
The best thing is the health insurance. They recently changed it to another brand and the annual allowance is much more generous. Also, it disregards your medical history. The worst thing is the paternity leave. I think it’s only 5 working days. Ridiculous compared to other companies.
Private Medical Ok, but doesn't cover dental. Only 23 days plus bank holidays for everyone. Free tea and coffee, very occasional company night out
The yearly bonus would be the best part of the benefits package as well as the discounts for local food places
Pretty standard company benefits
There is a culture to make as much money as possible which in-turn encourages employees to maximise opportunites to make money.
Lower than market standard salaries and a very unclear management structure that is constantly changing under the new setup
Benefits package isn't that great compared to other companies
The yearly bonus can be generous, you can also qualify for mid year bonuses. Health benefit is excellent!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
