20 days holiday. I asked for compassionate leave, told "no". Sick pay is first 3 days no pay, then statutory sick pay only. No training offered, ("too expensive"). No bonus, no annual pay increase, no office treats. Maternity and Paternity is zero. No employee welfare.
As an employee at Head office, Holiday was average but probably increased year on year. Compassionate lead was, from what I remember, provided on merit. There were not (for me at least) any perks such as shares, gym memberships or flexible working arrangements.
