Company offers different kind of benefits, like sick pay, contribution for glasses and eye care, optional health insurance, free fruits day, etc
dependent of the whole firm which is principally a contact centre outsourcing firm. You can't make your bonus through the consulting arm
Help with eye care and discount on glasses. Pension scheme. Great bonuses with both teletech and also client. Child care vouchers. Health insurance. Paid holidays, flexible working fukltine and partime hours
health insurance 401k will have to fight tooth and nail to get even while it belongs to you
Company will lie about huge benefits package before employing you later you will find out that there is nothing at all. They enrol you in private pension then cut it off after a week and keep deducting money from a wage that not going to pension fund but stays in Teletech. They can give a voucher to check eyes at optitian that runs free eye tests for everyone so you dont even need a voucher. There is no benefits only liesabout them.
