The company give you a good pension plan and you get treated very well by the employers.
Concession for TUI holidays is a nice perk, but one I am still to use. Ability to purchase extra days off too.

there is very little benfefits you rarely get the opportunity to go on paid trips when you do you are going from hotel to hotel all day in baking heat tehy're not bothered about your expereicne just filling you with as much information as possible in order to sell more holidays to their hotels
