Worst thing takeda of package
9% co-share pension contribution level and performance based STI and for some levels LTI / can earn up to 60% annual salary with STI & LTI combined.
The overall benefits package was excellent with extensive medical insurance, flexible working and the ability to buy or sell holidays within set limits.
