Really only 4 weeks holiday a year
There is a great opportunity to be a shareholder in the company with the offer of company growth shares. Not something I've ever had before. Holidays are good and you are provided with the company's pension scheme. Regular updates on how the company is performing and a very inclusive company.
Holidays have to be scheduled around sales periods, and a lot of other staff. Pension plan is very basic and parental leave pay is just SMP regardless of length of service. Flexible working is not that flexible either unless it suits the business.
