Focus on health benefits: Healthcare, dental, gym allowance
Best things - Great benefits, work from home is common practice, Only downside - part time working not practicable so not many returning new parents stay on. Also redundancy pay is statutory only - not common in ISP sector
Very flexible , good amount of holiday and work from home days. Lack socials.
