Annual appraisals are a joke. Every year there is one or the other reason for delaying the revision letters. The %ge hike is negligible.

Company should provide pension benefits to all employes in UK. (Regardless of whether they were recruited in India or UK or elsewhere. If they are working full time in UK for the organisation, they should be covered under pension scheme.
