They offer basic health insurance which you can claim a fair amount back from for various treatments such as dental and physiotherapy. Terex also offer an employee share scheme, where the company match 15% of your investments.
Pay was ok....but not enough for the bs you were expected to put up with. Perks card was average....Most places didn't accept it at weekends or in school off times. The supervisor went wild at the Christmas party and bought everyone drink all night....on the company card!
25 days paid holiday per year, pension plan and also sick pay after the 1st year at normal salary.
