One of the best things about working at Tesco is the ability to work from anywhere and being able to accommodate work/life balance. This makes the daily experience so much better.
The best thing at the moment is 10% off shopping which increases to 20% about twice a year. The worst thing are the benefits get worse year by year. It used to be double time on a Sunday now its time and a quarter. Also new starters no longer get sick pay and hourly rate has dropped.
Shares for employees was a positive and food and drink supplied on lunch breaks and rest breaks. Break areas were also nice.
