I get 21 days off for holidays and I get a share if I want it and I get 10% or 20% discounts at their shops.
Good amount of annual leave, plus a personal day around the Christmas period. 10% discount in store is decent but bettered by competitors, occasionally they run a double discount week. Good pension with flexibility on when / how you pay. Over 2 years in though and only just about to be able to start working towards earning shares is quite poor though. Performance bonuses at work level 2 reach a maximum of 3.5% which is poor in comparison to a lot of other businesses.
You receive lots of emails regarding offers than are given to Tesco employees such as discounted days out, cheaper cinema tickets etc.
You must work 6 months in order have the staff discount card, best thing is its a clean environment to work within not a dirty job and you receive training all over the company (stores)
You can get time off work if you need to donate an organ to someone, for example a family member, from memory I think it is paid.
