worst - No health/dental insurance, no season ticket loan best - a lot of discounts with 3rd party shops, working from home(after arranging with your line manager), flexible working hours
10% discount. Staff get vouchers booklet with their payslip to spend on store e.g "£1 off ....." and clothing discount when you spend a certain amount you get money off.

They give regular bonuses and have colleagues discounts every month. Also have dedicated colleagues discounts and offers website which is amazing.
You can get discounts at certain food places and theme parks - tend to change. Get 20% discount for 4-5 days, twice a year.
Other companies offer better packages - even a Charity I worked for. Definitely not the best side of Tesco.

They'll pay for extended time off in extreme circumstances. Sometimes they leave free food and non-food items upstairs for employees.
