Good benefits from the Tesla team from my time working with them. Not much to complain about on the benefits front to date.
Overall a good benefits package which could be enhanced very easily e.g bike to work scheme
Full health care for you and family. Worst thing - Very little benefit towards further education/development
Mainly focused on Stock and Share options which are only realised with continued employment. Good dental and medical cover, large number holiday time & have recently signed armed forces convenient.
Only benefits were the private healthcare which is almost useless in the UK and private dental care.
Healthcare i guess is a great addition for employees in america, but for uk it is almost pointless when already have NHS. Other than this, dental care is good. But really not much other benefit. No company car scheme, no discount scheme
everything they write in the contract is not great and true
Employee Stock Purchase Plan is good . They give you free shares, but when they vest after a year you realise they tax you half anyway. Health and dental insurance.
You get your bonus as RSU ( restricted stocks unit ) which is good if you plan on sticking around for 4 years when you are able to cash in.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
