Benefits depend on your job classification level. For employees on lower levels, they are fairly basic. For middle level, they are quite good but not a huge draw card. There is private medical cover for employees and their partners at mid-level. The biggest benefit is the flexible working arrangments and standard half day work on Friday (5 hour day Friday, 8 hour day Monday-Thursday).
