lack of benefits, only get bonus and health care if at a manager level. Lack of benefits for those not of manager level. demotivating. good pension though.
A degree of flexible working is available. Private health care can be bought. Car allowances for Management grades. Store discounts available. Pension Ok. All needed as it can be a dreadful place to work and frankly has wildly inconsistent pay & recognition rewards.
