Holidays, pension , sick pay and time off.
Salary and pension are generally quite good. Bonus package is quite poor, very few financial incentives in place.
Great benefits including very generous pensions and parental leave entitlements. Opportunities to move up through your career in 1000s roles across government.
There was no company perks for me personally - the holiday was a standard 28 days holiday per year.
There were no rewards and the holiday was the standard 28 days per year. The pension scheme was automatic but I left due to finding a more beneficial one.
All the benefits you can get from public sector, generous pension schemes, No of holidays are not good to start with (recruitment agency advised incorrect no though when negotiating the contract)
In year awards. Extra leave for volunteering and reserves service. Otherwise not much by way of benefits.
flexi leave, pension, time off
all the benefits are really good
Overall benefits were of a good standard, nothing gold plated , but fair
