‘statutory sick pay, the same all over the country for permanent staff members’
Good company but not the best
They had a really good incentive scheme
The best thing was the annual leave days. I was able to attend uni classes and go to my shifts.
The incentives were good but only If you actually won it, as it was very competitive it was rare
There's pension, buy and sell holidays (senior staff), study support, sick pay, bonus, maternity leave, a few discounts here and there. For a young person a lot of these things are not for me, in comparison to many other companies the package is poor.
Good incentives based on specific targets reached.
Lots of great incentives, free perfume but no commission which would have been nice
Chances to win Perfume and beauty products on a regular basis, good holiday entitlement
great discount and incentives to win amazing prizes!!!
There is neither a best or worst thing
