‘Completely & utterly pointless, almost like it is deliberately designed to be difficult so no one bothers with it.’
‘Its good to get sick pay becuase they pay u the money’
Best discount I’ve had working in retail, 25% of the most things, although you have to pass your probation first
Pro: Staff discount after 13 weeks on most things. Con: No other benefits
It was good and I loved it
Over complicated employee discount scheme, even management are unsure how it works & what to apply it to.
You get a discount card
The only benefits we had was a reasonable staff discount, but this got reduced every year on what you got to use it against
Employee discount of up to 25% for a range of products. This is only available to employees who have passed the 13 week probation
The discount is good and the selection of products the company sells is vast. As there is so much choice in the store the perks are redemmeable across anything you might need
Pension and holidays are paid. You get 25% discount in store but its only on certain things and can be confusing to what you can and cant get discount on. There is no bonuses for staff at all.
They pay for holiday and sick pay
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
