Best thing is the Intranet where you can plan your holidays(48 days a year), and you can also pick 2 dayd off every month.

The people; they make it a great place to be. Our products are great and it's nice to work in a positive industry; people enjoy holidays. We also have a number of great ideas, but the downside is the sheer size of the business - some ideas take a long time and a lot of work to implement.

No bonus. Nothing special is offered. Benefits package is almost nonexistent.

It's not bad, good discounts on holidays when you've been there for a while (after 10 years £1350~ off a holiday).
