‘company supports its staff well, and pays well for long term sickness benefit’
‘Permanent WFH is allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you are a WFH employee, you are provided all the necessary equipment to set up a home office (laptop, peripherals, headset, etc.). Since COVID, the company now offers a hybrid way of working for when we are able to go back to offices. Most employees have been offered reimbursements to cover items needed to WFH during COVID which I think is really great!’
Benefits package is above average for industry, in my opinion. Time off package is great off the bat and you have the option to purchase/sell holidays. The company is also always staying ahead of the curve and adds company wide holidays as it deems necessary (most recent is an October Mental Health day off). Flexible working is great (even before COVID). There are additional benefits you can purchase like travel and health insurance. I have travel insurance and it is a good price for the coverage, but I've not had to deal with them so can't comment on quality of service. Parental leave package is outstanding and so is prolonged sick time off. Overall, fantastic benefits and one of the reasons many employees stay so long. This and the great culture.
Need to pay £100 excess fee for claims on healthcare insurance
