‘company supports its staff well, and pays well for long term sickness benefit’
‘Permanent WFH is allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you are a WFH employee, you are provided all the necessary equipment to set up a home office (laptop, peripherals, headset, etc.). Since COVID, the company now offers a hybrid way of working for when we are able to go back to offices. Most employees have been offered reimbursements to cover items needed to WFH during COVID which I think is really great!’
‘Available for employees at TR’
Health, dental insurance etc easy to access
Comms package wasn’t great. Health care and dental options were great. Gym in the building too which was useful.

Very good family-friendly, and study-friendly company.
Really good pensions benefit, not sure about sick pay as I never used it, but I am aware that the pension was very good, can't recall exact amounts
Pension contributions were higher than any company I have worked for previously, 8%
Overall a good corporate package of benefits that you would expect. Good holiday allowance, healthcare etc. Even the added benefit of a Mental Health day off a year, which is a great addition by the Company
Need to pay £100 excess fee for claims on healthcare insurance
All the benefits offered are very good
